Hello, I'm Archya Venkatesh, a dedicated yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and a prenatal yoga therapist.I am trained in several yogic traditions and have been fortunate to possess meditative abilities since youth. My asana teaching methodology is largely influenced by the tradition of Shri T. Krishnamacharya and the discipline of Hatha Yoga.My primary goal is to impart profound healing and serenity to my students through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and chakra meditation techniques.

Our Yoga sessions include major aspects of yoga, such as asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation). Prenatal Yoga

The online prenatal program is tailored to each mother's specific needs and medical condition. We prioritize physical exercises to strengthen the spine, womb, and pelvic floor muscles while enhancing flexibility. The program also covers breathwork, labor breathing techniques, birthing ball sessions and meditation to promote healing and foster a conscious bond with the baby.
